Will you also “come boldly unto the throne room of grace” (Heb.4:16) to pray that the children of West Virginia and the world will hear the Gospel, respond to the Holy Spirit’s working, and grow in grace and the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Peter 3:18)? Pray also the children and their families will become established in Bible believing/teaching churches for spiritual growth.

…God’s leading and working in the 3,205 children who have been enrolled in one of our 85 CEF WV ministries since September 1, 2025. We rejoice with the 230 children who have professed receiving Jesus. Thank you to our volunteers who are reaching the children of CEF WV!
…His choice of faithful prayer and financial supporters who He is using to reach the children of West Virginia.

Will you join us in thanking God for His ministry opportunities and CEF WV state and chapter leadership? You will find that this month we are featuring our summer ministry opportunity called 5-Day Club®. You will also find a list of our Little Kanawha Valley Ministry Committee and Staff. We are rejoicing in what God is doing through the Little Kanawha Valley volunteers as they are reaching the children in their chapter!
This month we are focusing on our CEF Cultural Point, “Importance of a Commitment to Excellence, for the Glory of God“. Will you pray Colossians 3:7 over each of our state and chapter leadership and volunteers? Pray that each of us will do everything, whether in word or deed in the name of Jesus and quick to give thanks to God the Father for what He accomplishes through us as His unified body.

What is a 5-Day Club®?
Some may know the 5-Day Club® ministry by the past title of Backyard Bible Clubs. 5-Day Club® is an exciting, fun-filled club each day for five consecutive days. It includes: dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, inspiring missionary stories, meaningful songs, life-changing Scripture memorization.
Where is a 5-Day Club® held?
The 5-Day Club® has been traditionally held in prescreened neighborhood homes that care about the spiritual needs of today’s children. In recent years, the 5-Day Club® ministry has been welcomed in community centers, community housing, daycares, and other prescreened and safe places where children live.

Prayer: God’s wisdom and His leading on Brenda Cunningham as office manager and seeking to attend Children’s Ministry Institute (CMI) this fall.
