Guest Staying in Conference-Recommended Hotels
In an effort to streamline things, if your accommodations are in one of our recommended hotels; Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Suites, or Hampton Inn and Suites you will receive your Registration Packet at your hotel.
NOTE: You will need to go to your hotel to receive your packet before going to the Ark Encounter because your admission ticket will be in your packet. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Conference Packet Details:

|
|
At registration, you will receive your Conference Packet. This packet includes your nametag for the conference, your conference guide with schedule, and your Ark Encounter ticket.
NOTE: Your Ark Encounter ticket is valid and required for entrance to the conference all three days and your exploration of The Ark Encounter exclusively on
Tuesday, afternoon, March 17th.
We HIGHLY recommend that you take a picture of the barcode on your ticket so that if you lose it, you will still be able to enter each day.

Ark Encounter Parking Details:
|
|
|
Please remember that there is a $15 per vehicle/per day parking fee at the Ark.
SAVINGS Option: Carpool with other conference guest
Once parked, you must embark on an Answers in Genesis bus to the
Ark and Conference Entrance.
We recommend 30 min for this process, so leave plenty of time for arrival.
Park opens at 9:00 AM
Conference begins at 9:30 AM Tuesday and Wednesday
