Becoming a board/local committee member is a great privilege and opportunity to become involved in God’s process of fulfilling the Great Commission to the boys and girls in each area, state, across the USA and the globe. Please pray and seriously seek God’s guidance as to your part in His plan.

You have been recommended to serve as a local committee member with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of West Virginia. In order to become better acquainted with you and to give a vote of confidence concerning your service on this local committee, it would be helpful for us, if you would complete this questionnaire.

Are you willing to work as a team member, laying aside denominational distinctives? *
Are you willing to faithfully pray for CEF? *
Are you willing to support the ministry with your finances? *
Are you willing to attend each committee meeting unless hindered beyond your control? *
Are you in agreement with the Local Chapter Charter Resolution? *
