Please pray with us as we “knock” on new location doors and invite more children to hear about Jesus. Pray that His Spirit will draw more to choose Him, and to grow in Him through the discipleship of His word.

This month we are focusing on our CEF Cultural Point, “Importance of Godly Leadership at Every Level“. Will you pray Psalm 139:23-24 over the leadership and volunteers of CEF West Virginia? Because spiritual leadership is the highest form of authority, pray that all level of leadership seeks for a clean heart for God so we can discern the will of God and lead the ministry effectively.

Will you also join us in prayer for our multi-state “Children in Crisis Conference” at the Ark Encounter. Conference starts on Monday, March 16th at 1:00 PM and concludes Wednesday, March 18th at 4:00 PM (see information below). The purpose of this CEF sponsored and endorsed Children’s Workers conference is we desire to partner with churches and children ministries so together we can help each other be better informed and equip in reaching the needs of children today in their cultural challenges and spiritual needs.
For this reason, we have sought to reach out to other leading partnering ministries to reach this goal. Such partnering ministries include:
Keynote Speakers: Ken Ham with Answers in Genesis, Dr Daniel Anderson with Appalachian Bible College, and our very own CEF USA Vice-President Jeff Nichols.
Workshop and vendor ministry partnerships currently include: Back2Back Ministries, Bible Visuals International, Child Evangelism Fellowship USA, Children’s Ministry Institute, Cru, Moms in Prayer, Joni and Friends, Trauma Free World, The Good Citizen Project and other vendors.

It is important to begin instilling spiritual truth in the lives of young children. The 30-hour Teaching Little Kids course gives characteristics of children ages two to seven and practical helps for teaching God’s Word in an age-appropriate manner. You will learn how to effectively share the message of salvation so even little kids can understand and have opportunity to receive Christ as Savior. Attention is focused on giving you practical hands-on training and experience with little kids, thus equipping you to initiate an effective ongoing ministry to the youngest mission field.
